· After setting a chart record with a #64 to #1 jump last week, the new Maroon 5 single titled "Makes Me Wonder" remains #1 for a second stanza on the Billboard Hot 100. Congrats
· Another great week for the new Ne-Yo single titled "Because Of You" which climbed to #2 this week and is the Billboard Hot 100's fastest growing digital track.
· The new T-Pain single titled "Buy You A Drunk" rises from #4 to #3 this week and is the fastest growing track at radio for a sixth week.
-Akon's "Don't Matter" inches up 9-8, and the artist also occupies the next two slots as a guest, first on Bone Thugs-N-Harmony's "I Tried," which climbs 11-9, and on Gwen Stefani's "The Sweet Escape," which holds at No. 10.
-Bon Jovi's "(You Want To) Make a Memory" is the chart's top debut at No. 27, the highest opening of its long career. The track sold 51,000 digital downloads following the band's recent performance of it on "American Idol."
*HOT MOVES IN OTHER BILLBOARD CHARTS*
· The new Enrique Iglesias spanish single "Dimelo" explodes from #49 to #1 on Hot Latin Songs in just its second week, his 17th No. 1 hit on the tally. The artist's new Interscope album, "Insomniac," arrives June 12.
· Rock band Linkin Park continues to dominate the Modern and Mainstream Rock charts with "What I've Done" beginning a fifth week atop the former and a second on the latter.
-"Buy U a Drank" is No. 1 for a second week on Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs, on which R. Kelly and Usher score the chart's best debut since 2004 with "Same Girl." The track, which will be found on Kelly's upcoming Jive album, "Double Up," opens at No. 16. The new album's first single, "I'm a Flirt," recently peaked at No. 2 and is No. 3 this week.
